A luminous and intimate record, <em data-start="200" data-end="204">BB</em> explores themes of love, fatherhood, and family ties through ten delicate tracks blending pop and refined indie sounds. Each song captures both personal and universal emotions.</p> <p class="" data-start="383" data-end="706">To bring <em data-start="392" data-end="396">BB</em> to life, Thomas collaborated with major names like Chris Taylor (Grizzly Bear) and Kyle Crane (Feist, Kurt Vile), recording across Europe and the U.S., from Liège to Barcelona, Madrid, Los Angeles, and Sweden. The album was finalized by Grammy-winning engineer Joe Laporta, ensuring a rich and polished sound.</p> <p class="" data-start="708" data-end="1019">Beyond the music, <em data-start="726" data-end="730">BB</em> features a bold visual identity, with a unique music video for each track created by different filmmakers. It’s an exploration where metal frameworks and mechanical rhythms define a hypnotic atmosphere. The track originated from a collaboration between Glass Museum and producer Arthur Hnatek. For the first time, the band embraced a collaborative creative process by starting from an external sequence. They invited the producer to craft a repetitive electronic loop that would serve as the foundation for the composition. From this mechanical base, the trio shaped a layered soundscape sculpted by synths, drums, and a resonant bass. The music video, directed by visual artist Super Tchip, blends images of ever-changing skyscrapers.   • contenu : Découvrez <a href="https://youtu.be/-vBqC5XB7NU">le titre ici</a> ! Sept ans après le multirécompensé « Shelter », Dan San annonce son grand retour avec « Hard Days are Gone ». Avec « Hard Days Are Gone », les grands représentants de la scène indie belge réussissent de plus belle le tour de force de faire jaillir du sombre la lumière. Tel un irradiant mantra, une incantation aux jours meilleurs, le morceau rappelle que les périodes difficiles finissent toujours derrière nous. Á la confluence d'un thème plus que jamais actuel et d'arrangements résolument 70’s, « Hard Days Are Gone » sublime le bien connu sentiment de solitude, avec lequel il nous est forcé de composer lorsque l’on se cherche une place dans un monde auquel on ne se sent pas appartenir. Réalisé par Kevin Antoine, le clip traduit en une allégorie poétique notre besoin des autres, de se sentir intégré dans un groupe social, et du désarroi profond que provoque l'isolement physique et psychique. Un parachutiste se réveille seul dans une immense forêt, cherchant à retourner dans ce ciel d'où il semble être originaire. En vain. Mais après avoir sombré dans une solitude et un abandon total, l’espoir renaîtra. Et dans une course haletante, les mauvais jours prendront fin.
