MADMADMAD (UK)

MADMADMAD began with the release of their bonkers jam “Mouse Rock/La Cigale”, a 7” single. The three musicians first met in a studio in Tottenham (North London), and started jamming and recording several tracks filled with excitable rhythm.

Following their sold out, self-released white label EP ‘PAX’ in September 2017, and radio plays by the likes of Erol Alkan and Gilles Peterson, they’ve recently signed to influential publisher J.I.M./Ninja Tune and released their first full length album in 2019.

MADMADMAD is a DYI studio album blending cold disco, early 2000’s electro, Krautrock and New York Noise using a combination of live and electronic instruments.

Their live party set is utterly mad, loopy, and alien and after a storming live show at the Transmusicales and at Eurosonic 2020, they’re now hitting the road.
